- Devean Murden - Devean is a bankrupt television producer who never gets five episodes to air of any of his series for many reasons. He owns a bankrupt company, mUrDeN, that distributes all his television series.
- Yughivza Phleenphuk - Yughivza is a Russian actress who has appeared in all of Devean's series. She has learned Portugese and Spanish, but never English. Her name is a pun on the phrase "who gives a flying f-ck?"
- Thurehbull Yahkter - Thurehbull Yahkter is a Spanish actor who has appeared in two of Devean's series. He is married to Yughivza, thus she had to learn Spanish. His name is a pun on the phrase "terrible actor."
- Mr. Smart Business Guy - Mr. Smart Business Guy is an executive producer who has worked on four of Devean's series. Not much is known about him and he's always silent. An exception was when he murmured "Oh, shit..." to himself in "Devean's Heaven."
