BronzePlanet International is the holding company for BronzePlanet and Gauntlet. They have a financial agreement with Mystical Entertainment that will help BPI to produce content and to help license programming to air on BronzePlanet and Gauntlet.
In 2017, it was reported that multiple networks from CG66 Studios were in the process of being bought by BronzePlanet International and Mystical Entertainment. Rogers Media also said that they are interested in buying some of their Canadian properties to air BronzePlanet programming. The total sale was said to be about $2.2 billion.

SilverUniverse International[]
It was also announced during the sale that a new company was to be launched, SilverUniverse. SilverUniverse will handle two new channels devoted to animation and will include original programming that will consist of mostly reboots of BronzePlanet's past programming. SilverUniverse will also own The Vault USA.
