Slaughter Squadron is a 2014 animated action series and spin-off of Syndicate, created by Fanon Fun! Entertainment and Syndicate writing veterans. Project Venture kidnaps five villains, giving them the deal of their lives: do dangerous missions for Venture in exchange for shortened prison terms. The general format of each episode is to have the Slaughter Squadron deal with a particular situation, with a focus on both action and character interaction. Most episodes tell a self-contained story, but each season also features at least one extended story arc. It airs on The Best! Cartoons and KM TV. Reception for the series is (TBA). It's a fair bit darker and meaner than it's partner show.

Synopsis
Overall
Venture captures a team of notorious villains, Mimic the Impressionist, Dr. Boom, RACK, Net, and The Troll King to use as a top-secret black ops team, known as the Slaughter Squadron, in exchange for lenient prison terms. The team agrees and must handle working together and conflicts.

This season introduces the characters, settings, and villains, and is made up of entirely Monster of the Week episodes.
