ToonSteve FunnyShorts (often referred to as just ToonSteve) is a Canadian-American animated television series produced by FoxTunes Network Original Productions, Fox Television Animation, DHX Media, and Atomic Cartoons (seasons 4–present). The show first premiered on FoxTunes Network on August 28, 1999 with the official pilot episode "Welcome to the Toonville"/"Steve's Clues".

As of 2012, ToonSteve FunnyShorts became the longest-running cartoon on FoxTunes Network.

Characters Edit

Main characters Edit

  • Steve Toonson - Steve is the main protagonist of the series. He is bright and cheerful young cartoony boy. He is voiced by David Paul Grove.
  • Burnie Buttowski - Burnie is the deuteragonist of the series, as well as Steve's best friend. He is dimwitted. He is voiced by Matt Hill
  • Edward Perkins - Edward is the tritagonist of the series. He hates Steve and Burnie, but deep down he’s just a loveable softie. He is voiced by Tony Sampson
  • Tabitha Toonson - Steve's 48-year-old mother. Tabitha is one of the main characters. She likes to writes the book, cook food, iron and do the laundry. She is sometimes angry with Steve and Rachel's antics. She is the wife of Robert Toonson. She is voiced by Sonja Ball
  • Robert Toonson - Steve's 53-year-old father. Robert is one of the main characters. His job to be a dentist. He is the husband of Tabitha. He is voiced by A.J. Handerson
  • Samantha Toonson - Steve's 22-year-old older sister.
  • Rachel Toonson - Steve's 14-year-old sister - She is the middle child of Tabitha and Robert.
